Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Palantir Foundry solutions, including data integration, transformation, ontology modelling, and workshop development.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Architect and implement robust data pipelines, workflows, and validation frameworks within Palantir Foundry.
- Optimize data models and workflows for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and best practices.
- Integrate Palantir with external systems (e.g., Snowflake, APIs) and ensure seamless data exchange.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data ingestion, transformation, and governance.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance and security standards.
- Document solution designs, processes, and technical decisions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics, with at least 5 years on Palantir Foundry.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data pipeline development.
- Experience with ontology modelling, workshop applications, and Palantir Foundry APIs.
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and integration best practices.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS, Azure) and enterprise data architectures.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale projects.
