Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bavla for a Paintshop Engineer specializing in liquid paint technique. The Paintshop Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the painting process of toys, ensuring high-quality finishes, managing paint shop operations, and maintaining equipment. Daily tasks include mixing paints, applying coatings, monitoring paint supplies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and conducting quality control checks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in liquid paint techniques and paint mixing skills
- Experience in managing paint shop operations and maintaining painting equipment
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations related to paint application
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Relevant experience in the toy or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Degree in a relevant field such as Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline
