Job Summary

We are looking for a Paint Shop Supervisor to lead a team of 2-3 operators and manage the daily operations of our advanced paint shop. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical knowledge of painting processes with strong people skills to drive team performance, ensure export-quality output, and maintain safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, guide, and manage a team of 2 to 3 paint shop operators, ensuring daily production targets and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the operation of automated robotic spray lines and hanging conveyor booths.
• Monitor material consumptions, reduce wastage, and ensure the shop floor adheres to all safety compliances and do's and don'ts.
• Train junior operators and manage team workflows (strong people skills are essential).
• Troubleshoot basic finishing defects and ensure smooth transition between different batches and colors.

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma / Any graduation with strong relevant experience.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial painting (preferably wood, furniture, or automotive).
• Strong knowledge of PU (Polyurethane) based paints.
• Excellent people skills with the ability to lead and motivate a small team.
