Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Paint Shop Operator to execute high-quality coating and finishing processes. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn international finishing standards, transition from traditional paints to export-quality materials, and work with state-of-the-art automated paint machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute daily painting and coating operations according to production requirements.
• Strictly follow the basic do's and don'ts of industrial painting, surface preparation, and finishing.
• Handle material consumption efficiently to minimize wastage of paints and solvents.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety compliance, personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and shop floor cleanliness.
• Work closely with senior operators and supervisors to learn new finishing techniques.

Eligibility

• ITI / Diploma or equivalent technical qualification (10th/12th pass with relevant aptitude is also acceptable).
• Fresher to 2 years of experience. Basic knowledge of industrial or wood painting is required.
• Experience with PU (Polyurethane) based paints is perfectly fine; you will be trained on other advanced chemicals.
• Willingness to learn, follow safety protocols, and adapt to modern machinery.
