Job Overview
PAINTING PRODUCT PROCESS SPECIALIST LEVEL 1-To operate and conduct the means and installation to achieve the required production objectives in terms of quality, quantity, cost, safety and time. Contribute to continuous improvement, through the application of the tools and fundamentals defined by the Stellantis Production Way System. Ensure, maintain and promote compliance with safety standards 5S, ergonomics and environment in his area(s) of responsibility. Respect the standards and encourage respect to any person who enters his sector. Alert his/her hierarchy to any violations. He/she communicates all incidents and risks identified in his area, trafficking or causes them to be dealt with. Starts and stops the installations safely. To ensure and encourage the quality of his area(s) of responsibility and to ensure compliance with the working standards of the operators by means of Standards Realization Checks. Perform and document the Monitoring Plans according to the requirements in terms of the frequency defined and in hidden time. He/she actively participates in the resolution of quality incidents with his hierarchy using the tools defined (ex: Post It - TOTEMS - AXJ - Batonnage...). He/she communicates points of change and incidents of qualifications to operators, treats them or causes them to be dealt with. Guarantee the production of his area(s) of responsibility and respect and encourage to respect all production standards and animation instances. He/she leads the installations and stocks of its area of responsibility and supports the operators of his sector (training, versatility, means, communication, replacement...). He/she performs the cleaning and preventive maintenance ranges by opportunity, He/she changes electrodes for the equipment of his/her area of responsibility. He/she immediately performs the Corrections according to his/her skills and when this is not possible he applies the set escalation rule. He/she updates all the follow-ups established by his hierarchy at the specified frequency, proposes productivity improvements of Kaizen type and guarantees his/her multi-skilled. Monitors manufacturing costs by ensuring correct resource utilization. He/she carries out, updates and improves technical point lessons and work lines..
