Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Chemist located in Pune Khed. The Paint Chemist will be responsible for conducting research, developing new paint formulations, performing laboratory tests, and ensuring quality control. Daily tasks include analyzing paint samples, conducting experiments, troubleshooting formulation issues, and collaborating with the R&D team to innovate and improve product lines.
Qualifications
- Strong Laboratory Skills and experience in Research and Development (R&D)
- Proficiency in Quality Control procedures and Analytical Skills
- Experience in conducting and documenting Research and experiments
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the paint or coatings industry is a plus
