Job Summary

We are looking for a Paid Search Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should be capable of planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive quality leads and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Manage audience targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance.

• Improve lead generation, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Conduct keyword, competitor, and audience research.

• Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Ads Conversion Tracking, and Meta Pixel.

• Perform A/B testing and optimize ad creatives and landing page performance.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to improve campaign results.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.

• Strong understanding of PPC, campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.

• Experience with lead generation and performance marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Meta Business Suite, and conversion tracking.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
