This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist in India.

This role sits within a high-performing Paid Media team focused on driving measurable growth through search advertising channels. The Paid Search Specialist will play a key role in building, managing, and optimizing campaigns across leading platforms, ensuring strong performance and efficient budget utilization. You will work across keyword strategy, bidding, audience targeting, and conversion tracking to improve campaign outcomes at scale. The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly collaborative, involving close coordination with creative, analytics, and marketing operations teams. This position offers the opportunity to directly impact campaign performance and business growth through continuous testing and optimization. It is ideal for a performance marketing professional who thrives on analytical thinking and hands-on campaign execution.

Accountabilities

  • Build, launch, and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including Performance Max and Demand Gen formats, ensuring accurate setup and ongoing optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, expansion, refinement, and negative keyword management to maximize relevance and reduce wasted spend.
  • Monitor and adjust bidding strategies based on performance trends, seasonality, and competitive dynamics to improve ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify performance gaps, optimize Quality Scores, ad relevance, and landing page experience.
  • Support tracking and conversion setup by identifying issues, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate creative asset requirements by working with design teams to ensure timely delivery of ad materials.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Strong understanding of paid media metrics, attribution models, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Proven analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and communicate recommendations clearly.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with additional platforms such as Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and marketing operations.
  • Ability to work US hours with excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working independently with a reliable setup, including stable internet, laptop, and video communication tools.
