Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Media Specialist, located in Ahmedabad. The Paid Media Specialist will manage paid media campaigns, strategize and execute media planning initiatives, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results. The role includes collaboration with marketing teams to align strategies, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, and creating reports to track ROI and performance. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, analytical thinking, and strategic vision to improve the overall efficiency of paid media efforts.

Roles and Responsibilites

-At least 2+ Year experience in pure Google Ads without break. Working as individual player as well as training team inPPCdepartment.

-Launch & scale marketing campaigns (high intent search campaigns, account-based marketing, prospecting, funnel/nurture optimization, conversion rate optimization)

-Generate weekly/monthly performance reports (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, impression share).

- Use insights to recommend actions or strategy shifts.

-Research and identify high-intent keywords and audience segments. Align campaigns with sales goals, product updates, or seasonal trends.

-Constant Monitoring and Improvement in KPIs. Trying New Ad sets as per market trends.

-Build landing pages or collaborate with design/dev team for CRO (conversion rate optimization). Use tools like SEMrush, SpyFu, or Auction Insights to study competition.

-Focus on reducing CPA (cost per acquisition) while scaling the volume of qualified leads.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and hit lead/gen goals.Good copywriting and understanding of IT customer psychology.

Required skills and experience

-2 years experience with lead/demand generation at a digital marketing agency, in tech, or B2B.

-PPCExperience - Paid Search / SEM (Google Ads(Must have 2+ year exp) , Microsoft Ads), Paid Social (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads), Display Ads / Remarketing, etc. MCC account handle must be addon. Generated Conversion rate more than 9%.

-Ability to blend quantitative data with qualitative data to optimize campaign performance

-A/B testing methodologies (ad copy, display ads, social ads, landing pages, etc)

-Collaborate, share, and receive feedback from multiple teams (design, sales, product, etc) to ensure campaign alignment

-Detail-oriented, results-driven & proactive - continuously providing ideas, feedback and results to further growth marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Media Planning and experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns
  • Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration across teams
  • Knowledge and experience in Marketing and New Media strategies
  • Ability to conduct thorough Research to identify trends and opportunities in the market
  • Analytical mindset with expertise in interpreting performance metrics and data
  • Familiarity with tools and platforms for paid media management (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in a technology or agency environment is a plus
