About the Role:-
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist who is passionate about performance marketing and skilled in running high-converting campaigns across Google and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of driving sales to websites, generating measurable ROI, and increasing company profitability through data-driven campaign strategies. You will work with D2C brands, e-commerce platforms, and service-based businesses, playing a key role in scaling their digital revenues.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Focus on driving sales, leads, and conversions that directly impact business profitability.
- Conduct audience research, set up targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to maximize ROAS.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to achieve KPIs like Revenue, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Collaborate with creative, design, and web teams to ensure ad creatives and landing pages are optimized for conversions.
- Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance.
- Prepare performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Stay updated with paid media trends, new ad formats, and best practices across platforms.
Requirements:-
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in driving profitable sales to websites and achieving high ROAS.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple client accounts.
