Job Description

Job Title: Paid Media Specialist Google & Meta Ads (Lead Generation)

Location: Remote (UAE Time Zone)

Position Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM (UAE Time)

Salary: $1,200 per month (6-month performance review)

IMPORTANT: Please read the full job description before applying. This role requires an individual to have a minimum 4 years of expertise delivering both Google and META ad campaigns, they need to be able to execute campaigns without micro-management and will be responsible to ensure campaign performance is in line with KPIs. You MUST also be able to deliver in an agency environment where each day can throw different challenegs which requires both speed and adaptability.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with strong agency experience and deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.

This is a hands-on delivery role, ideal for someone who has spent years inside ad accounts, understands the nuances of lead generation for service-based businesses, and can confidently build, optimise, and scale campaigns without hand-holding.

You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, performance analysis, and ongoing optimisation across up to 20+ clients in an agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Google Ads

  • Build, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube
  • Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and intent-based targeting
  • Implement and maintain accurate tracking and conversion events (GA4, GTM, conversion actions)
  • Analyse performance data regularly and provide clear, actionable optimisation recommendations
  • Optimise campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, and lead quality
  • Build campaign from start to finish including startegy to optimisation of performance

Meta Ads

  • Build and optimise lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Run structured A/B tests on audiences, creatives, hooks, and messaging
  • Write performance-driven ad copy and headlines
  • Create clear creative briefs for designers to ensure assets align with performance goals

Data, Performance & Optimisation

  • Monitor budgets daily to ensure accurate pacing and spend control
  • Identify underperforming metrics early and diagnose root causes
  • Optimise based on data, not assumptions
  • Ensure campaigns align with client objectives and commercial outcomes, not vanity metrics

Collaboration & Agency Delivery

  • Work closely with designers, developers, and the operations manager to execute campaigns efficiently
  • Contribute performance insights during internal strategy discussions
  • Provide weekly performance updates and structured monthly reporting
  • Operate confidently in an agency environment, managing 1525 active client accounts simultaneously
  • Attend daily/weekly meetings and remain responsive during working hours

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on paid media experience in an agency or performance-focused environment
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (non-negotiable)
  • Solid experience with Meta Ads for lead generation
  • Proven experience working with service-based businesses (local, regional, or global)
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, lead quality
  • Confident in campaign setup, optimisation, and scaling without step-by-step guidance

Meta Pixel & CAPI

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple accounts
  • Clear, professional written and spoken English
