Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to assist in planning, executing, monitoring, and optimising paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and make basic optimisations under guidance.
- Track key metrics such as reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
- Support audience research, targeting, and campaign planning.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure ad creatives meet campaign requirements.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and audiences.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Monitor campaign budgets and spending to ensure efficient utilisation.
- Stay updated on platform updates, digital advertising trends, and best practices.
- Perform competitor research and share actionable insights.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Paid Media, Digital Marketing, or Performance Marketing (internships included).
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign reporting.
