Role Purpose
We are hiring for one of our prime clients a Paid Media Manager to lead and optimise paid marketing initiatives across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms. The role is responsible for driving high-quality leads, improving campaign efficiency, and supporting global student recruitment objectives through data-driven paid media strategies.
This role is based in the Noida office and works closely with international stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta platforms
- Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with brand and recruitment objectives
- Manage budgets to optimise ROI and cost efficiency
- Design audience strategies based on skills, interests, industries, and behaviours
- Collaborate with content, design, and CRM teams to improve lead quality and conversion
- Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using GA, GTM, Salesforce, and Power BI
- Continuously optimise campaigns based on data insights and performance trends
KPIs / Success Measures
- Lead quality and enquiry-to-enrolment conversion rate
- Cost per lead (CPL) and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Engagement and click-through performance
- Budget utilisation efficiency
- Contribution to overall recruitment and brand growth objectives
Essential Skills & Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across major ad platforms
- Proven ability to lead paid marketing initiatives and deliver measurable outcomes
- Strong analytical and reporting capability using marketing and CRM tools
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and stakeholder collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
Desirable
- Experience in Higher Education, e-learning, or professional training marketing
- Familiarity with data visualisation and dashboard-based reporting
