The Role

You will own GoComet's entire paid media engine—from strategy and execution to optimization and reporting.

As we aggressively scale enterprise pipeline, paid channels will play a critical role in account-based outreach, retargeting, and demand capture. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage budgets, launch campaigns, optimize performance, and drive measurable pipeline impact.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Own the end-to-end paid media strategy across Google Search, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels.
  • Design and launch campaigns targeting enterprise ICPs across CPG, Automotive, Pharma, and Industrial verticals.
  • Build ABM-aligned paid campaigns that complement outbound and organic growth initiatives.
  • Identify and scale high-performing channels, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Budget Management & Optimization

  • Manage monthly paid media budgets and optimize performance against CAC, MQL, and pipeline contribution targets.
  • Continuously A/B test creatives, audience segments, bidding strategies, messaging, and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimization strategies to improve ROI.
  • Report weekly on spend efficiency, pipeline sourced, and influenced opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Content, Design, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to create compelling campaign assets.
  • Ensure messaging consistency across paid, outbound, and organic channels.
  • Integrate paid signals into broader demand generation programs, including retargeting, nurture flows, and ABM initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Build and maintain dashboards that connect paid media performance to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Own campaign attribution and reporting frameworks.
  • Implement and manage tracking infrastructure, including:
  • UTM governance
  • Conversion tracking
  • CRM integrations
  • Revenue attribution models
  • Provide actionable insights to leadership on channel performance and investment efficiency.

What Success Looks Like

✓ Paid channels contribute a meaningful and measurable percentage of enterprise pipeline within the first two quarters.

✓ CAC and MQL cost benchmarks are established and improve consistently quarter-over-quarter.

✓ A trusted attribution model connecting paid spend to pipeline and closed revenue is fully operational.

✓ Paid media becomes a predictable and scalable source of qualified enterprise opportunities.

Who You Are

Experience

  • 4–7 years of hands-on paid media experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record managing significant budgets across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience building and scaling demand generation programs targeting enterprise buyers.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to build attribution models and pipeline contribution dashboards.
  • Deep understanding of paid acquisition, ABM, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Comfortable working with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Excellent reporting and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools.
  • Experience working alongside enterprise sales teams.
  • Ability to independently manage agency relationships and external partners.
  • Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
