About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Paid Media & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating qualified leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, remarketing campaigns, landing page optimization, and marketing automation.
The role requires someone who understands performance marketing, lead funnels, audience targeting, analytics, and AI-driven campaign optimization.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- YouTube Ads
- Display & Remarketing Campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets and improve ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates
- Create and test ad copies, creatives, and audience targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous optimization
Lead Generation
- Generate high-quality leads for products, services, webinars, demos, and consultations
- Build and optimize lead funnels and landing pages
- Improve lead quality through audience segmentation and targeting
- Work closely with sales teams to improve lead conversion rates
- Set up lead nurturing workflows and remarketing campaigns
Analytics & Performance Tracking
- Track campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Pixel
- LinkedIn Insight Tag
- Create weekly and monthly performance reports
- Analyze user behavior and optimize campaigns based on data insights
AI & Automation in Marketing
- Use AI tools and automation platforms for campaign optimization and audience insights
- Understand AI-driven advertising strategies and predictive targeting
- Experiment with AI-based ad creatives, copy generation, and optimization workflows
Social Media & Content Collaboration
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and landing page content
- Suggest campaign ideas aligned with business goals and audience intent
- Support organic marketing efforts with performance insights
Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Experience managing LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of conversion tracking, GTM, and analytics setup
- Understanding of lead generation funnels and landing page optimization
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Experience with remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Good communication and copywriting understanding
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with B2B service or technology brands
- Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
