Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Meta Ads Expert)

Location: Makarba, Ahmedabad (Onsite)

About the Role

We are seeking a Meta Ads Specialist who lives in the Ads Manager dashboard. While you'll handle Google Ads as part of a holistic strategy, your primary superpower should be scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns for global brands.

We need someone who understands that modern Meta advertising is 20% technical setup and 80% creative strategy, audience psychology, and data-driven iteration. If you know how to navigate the post-iOS14 world and can turn a modest budget into a global success story, you belong here. 

Key Responsibilities (Meta-Focused)

Meta Mastery: Lead the strategy and execution of complex Meta ad accounts, focusing on Advantage+ campaigns, manual bidding, and catalog sales.

Creative Strategy: Collaborate with our design team to brief high-performing static and video (UGC/Reels) assets based on performance data.

• Funnel Architecture: Build full-funnel strategies (Top/Middle/Bottom) that nurture cold global audiences into loyal customers.

Technical Tracking: Expertly manage Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Offline Conversions to ensure accurate attribution in a privacy-first world.

Secondary Channels: Manage and optimize Google Ads (Search & PMax) to complement Social traffic and ensure a closed-loop conversion cycle.

Reporting: Deliver weekly insights that go beyond clicks. We want to see deep dives into Hook Rates, Hold Rates, and Contribution Margins.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 2–3 years of performance marketing experience, with at least 70% of your current workload dedicated to Meta Ads and 30% to Google Ads for global (US/UK/EU) clients.

The Creative Eye: You don't need to be a designer, but you must know why an ad fails or succeeds and how to iterate on the creative.

Scaling Ability: Proven track record of scaling monthly spends from $10k to $100k+ while maintaining a healthy ROAS.

Data Fluency: Deep understanding of GA4 and how it reconciles (or doesn't) with Meta's internal reporting.

Local Commitment: This is an onsite role in Ahmedabad. We believe the best creative brainstorming happens over a shared desk and a cup of chai.
