Job Summary :

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive with 2 years of experience in digital advertising and campaign management. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a proven ability to generate leads, optimize campaign performance, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibility :

• Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion targets.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics.
• Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
• Improve campaign ROI through continuous optimization and data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, and marketing content.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Required Skills :

• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• Knowledge of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Understanding of Google Analytics and performance tracking tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Digital Marketing Certification will be an added advantage.

Experience :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience in running successful Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
