Job Description

Tikii is a performance-driven creative agency that partners with brands across India. From real estate to fashion and D2C startups, we help businesses scale with bold storytelling and smarter digital execution.

We're now looking for a Paid Media Executive who understands both the art and science of adsand can help Tikii run its own campaigns as well as those of our clients.

What You'll Do
  • Plan, set up, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Develop ad strategies tailored for agency growthwhether it's lead gen, webinar signups, or brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to brief ad creatives, write hooks, and structure high-converting copy.
  • Set up audiences, pixel tracking, custom events, and UTM parameters.
  • Track, test, and iterate campaigns using analytics dashboards and ad platform insights.
  • A/B test creatives, placements, landing pages, and offers to improve CTR and ROAS.
  • Contribute to Tikii's marketing funnel by building out remarketing layers and nurturing flows.
What We're Looking For
  • 13 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads
  • Experience working with eCommerce, real estate, or B2B lead gen is a plus
  • Confidence in managing monthly budgets ranging from 30K25L
  • Understanding of creative psychology (what makes someone click, scroll, buy)
  • Familiarity with GA4, Meta Events Manager, Google Tag Manager
  • Ability to analyse data and extract performance insights
  • A self-starter who's eager to test and scale
Bonus Points For
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads or Pinterest Ads
