Experience Required:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads and other social media platforms
- Develop effective media plans based on campaign objectives and budgets
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives and copies
- Track conversions using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and analytics tools
- Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights
- Manage multiple client accounts and ensure timely delivery of campaign goals
Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Good understanding of media planning and campaign budgeting
- Knowledge of lead generation and performance marketing strategies
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
Preferred:
- Google Ads Certifications will be an added advantage
- Experience handling clients from different industries
