What You'll Do:
- Plan, run, and optimise PPC campaigns across search, display, and video
- Manage $10,000+ monthly ad budgets with a strong focus on ROI
- Improve conversions, CPA, and overall campaign performance
- Build and scale re targeting & eCommerce campaigns
- Analyse performance using GA4 and create reports in Looker Studio
- A/B test ads, audiences, creatives, and landing pages
- Collaborate with internal teams and support new client proposals
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of proven PPC experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Experience managing international clients (US market is a plus)
- Data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills
- Proactive, experimental, and performance-focused
