Job Title: Paid Marketing Specialist / PPC Specialist

Location: Sector 63, Noida

Experience Required: 26 years

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Marketing / PPC Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)- Preferably for the Real Estate Industry. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and analyzing paid campaigns to drive conversions, revenue, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
  • Build high-performing ad sets, creatives, and landing pages for various campaign objectives (Lead Gen, Sales, Traffic, Awareness).

2. Optimization & Performance Management

  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize for CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Run A/B tests for creatives, copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience segments.
  • Implement remarketing and lookalike strategies.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs and generate weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Data Studio.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for scalable improvements.

4. Budget Management

  • Manage monthly ad budgets across platforms.
  • Allocate spends smartly to maximize ROI and reduce wasted spend.

5. Collaboration

  • Work with designers, content teams, and developers to coordinate ad creatives and landing page fixes.
  • Collaborate with sales and business teams for campaign goals and lead quality improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads + Meta Ads).
  • Strong understanding of bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, UTM tracking.
  • Proficiency in keyword research tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Keyword Planner).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
  • Good communication skills.

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

  • Experience running PPC campaigns for the Real Estate industry.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and lead nurturing funnels.
  • Ability to create basic ad creatives using Canva/Figma.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Preferred but not mandatory).

  • Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications (a plus).
