As there are many individuals with this capability, we are looking for a unique talent mix.

First of all - we are not a performance agency with multiple campaigns simultaneously.  

We run campaigns for those brands we handle entirely - right from creatives to brand and marketing strategy. 

So, its more about depth than width. 

So, we are looking for the following talents and in order of importance

1. Can run campaigns with their own hands on Mega & Google dashboards.

2. Has an understanding of where money is being spent and can refine outcomes.

3. Has handled paid marketing for d2c websites made on Shopify for more than 2 years

Other talents that will result in a better pay package

- SEO understanding and making plan for sites we handle. 

- Understands marketing automation, drip marketing, email marketing. 

- Keen to use new tools to automate paid marketing and oversight. 

- Not a Claude and ChatGPT slave. 

Minimum experience

3 years

This is an on-site job, not remote. 

At our office at Kanjur Marg Mumbai.
