About the Role

This is a strategic, client-facing position and not just an execution role. As Paid Marketing Manager, you will own client success, from strategy development to technical implementation and reporting.

You will be responsible for crafting custom paid marketing strategies (Google, LinkedIn, Meta, Vendor marketplaces), managing key client relationships, and leading execution that drives measurable pipeline growth for our clients.

This role requires high ownership, proactive client communication, and the ability to translate technical work into actionable business results. If constant learning, a fast-paced environment, and relentless evolution excite you, this role will be a good fit.

About the Person

We are looking for an artist who drinks and breathes Performance Marketing. We would love for the person to be able to explain concepts simply, disagree logically and have a strong point of view on how ads should be run. Detail-orientation, expectation management & discipline in terms of daily execution is a part of your DNA.

What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
  • Own Client Paid Strategy: Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive Google and LinkedIn paid strategies for a portfolio of SaaS clients, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact. Conduct weekly performance calls and translate complex Paid concepts into clear business language.
  • Budget Management & Optimization: Conduct deep technical audits, prioritize critical issues, and manage Budget Forecasting & Allocation for accounts.
  • Tracking & CRO: Ensure flawless website tracking setup (GTM and GA4 event configuration) and collaborate on Landing Page Optimization/CRO to improve conversion rates.
  • Performance Measurement & Analysis: Define key PPC metrics, set up reporting dashboards (using GA4/Looker Studio), and provide insightful performance analysis.
  • Systematize: Develop and document repeatable processes for audits, reporting, and client communication for consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Continuous learner: You are at the top of all everything that is happening in the world of AI/Search/LLMs and yet separate the signal from the noise.
  • Marketer at heart: Ability to synthesise data/ thoughts/ learnings into insights/stories.
  • Automate: You are able to identify recurring patterns and automate them using tools like n8n etc.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
  • 5+ years managing budgets >$100000/month, specifically in a B2B SaaS agency or company role.
  • Proven expertise managing campaigns focused on B2B objectives (e.g., Signups, Gated Content Downloads, and Demo requests).
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to effortlessly explain complex paid marketing issues to clients.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, drive consensus on strategy, and devise scalable, ROI-focused solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
