Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Manager – Paid Media & Demand Generation to lead and scale performance marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C segments.
The role requires end-to-end ownership of the demand generation funnel—from campaign strategy and execution to driving Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and converting them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
The ideal candidate should combine strong platform expertise with a data-first mindset and a working knowledge of AI-driven marketing approaches.
Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant channels
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI
- Drive campaign performance across metrics like CPL, CPA, ROAS, and pipeline contribution
2. Demand Generation & Funnel Ownership
- Own the complete demand generation funnel from awareness to conversion (MQL → SQL)
- Build and scale multi-channel lead generation campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure lead quality and conversion efficiency

3. Data-Driven Performance Marketing
- Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards
- Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and attribution modeling
- Leverage insights to improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs
4. AI & Marketing Automation
- Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to enhance targeting, hyper-personalization, and campaign performance to drive the end goal for clients
- Integrate marketing automation workflows for lead nurturing and lifecycle management
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals
- Ensure seamless handover of leads and continuous feedback loop for optimization
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing / Demand Generation
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
- Campaign optimization and budget management
- Proven experience in B2B demand generation (experience in B2C is an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing (MQL to SQL conversion)
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and reporting dashboards
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in SaaS, IT services, or agency environment
- Exposure to global campaigns and multi-geo targeting
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and performance optimization techniques
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
