PAID Internship | Influencer Marketing | Tamil & Malayalam | Remote

Monthly stipend: 7,500

Work mode: Remote

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 7 PM

Tenure: 6 months

Must-have requirements:

• Fluency in both Tamil and Malayalam languages, with the ability to speak and communicate confidently with creators in each language.
• A personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
• Availability during the stated working hours.

Candidate profile

• A Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) is preferred. A background in Media, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• An interest in social media, creators, influencer marketing, and regional content.
• Good communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while working remotely.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media is preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Primarily identify, research, and work with Tamil and Malayalam regional influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Reach out to creators in Tamil and Malayalam via calls, email, DM, and WhatsApp.
• Build and maintain databases of regional creators.
• Discuss campaign briefs, negotiate commercials, and coordinate with creators throughout campaigns.
• Follow up on content submissions, feedback, approvals, and posting deadlines.
• Assist with campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and reporting.
• Stay updated on Tamil and Malayalam creator trends and regional content formats.
