Paid Ads Specialist

Inlined is an Australian SEO and digital marketing agency working with service and e-commerce businesses across multiple industries.

We're looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist who can independently manage paid advertising across multiple client accounts.

This is not just a campaign execution role. We're looking for someone who thinks strategically, takes accountability and focuses on improving real business outcomes.

What you'll work on

- Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns end-to-end

- Conduct keyword, search term, negative keyword and competitor research

- Use paid, organic and business data to identify opportunities

- Set up, test and troubleshoot conversion tracking using GA4 and Google Tag Manager

- Ensure campaigns, landing pages and conversion tracking are properly aligned

- Build Looker Studio dashboards focused on conversions, CPA, ROAS and ROI

- Diagnose underperforming campaigns and develop strategies to improve them

- Manage campaigns across multiple service and e-commerce clients

- Clearly report on performance, actions and business outcomes

What we're looking for

- Proven hands-on Google Ads experience across commercial accounts

- Experience owning strategy, execution, optimisation, tracking and reporting

- Strong hands-on GA4 and Google Tag Manager experience

- Proven experience implementing and troubleshooting conversion tracking

- Experience building Looker Studio reports

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Comfortable managing multiple client accounts and priorities

- Strong accountability, attention to detail and communication

Important:

This is not a junior or set and forget ads role.

You should be able to discuss campaigns you personally managed, what you did, why you did it and the measurable business outcome.
