Job description:
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube).
Define audience targeting, budget allocation, and bidding strategies aligned to lead generation KPIs.
Develop landing page hooks, ad creatives, and copy briefs with the design and content team.
Continuously monitor campaign performance and run A/B tests to optimize CTR, CPL, and ROAS.
Analyze funnel data and provide actionable insights on budget optimization.
Coordinate with the sales team to align on lead quality standards and feedback loops.
Maintain detailed reporting on ad spend, lead volume, cost per lead, and pipeline impact.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Proven track record in lead generation campaigns for B2B or IT services clients.
Strong understanding of landing page principles, conversion optimization, and funnel design.
Ability to write compelling ad copy and collaborate on creative briefs.
Strong analytical skills Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and reporting dashboards.
Excellent written English for communication, reporting, and ad copy.
Prior experience in IT services, B2B tech, or agency-side advertising is a strong plus.
