What Youll Do- Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads
- Set up and structure campaigns, define audiences, allocate budgets, and configure tracking
- Work closely with the creative team to align assets with campaign goals
- Monitor ad delivery, traffic flow, and performance daily
- Troubleshoot issues like ad disapprovals, pixel errors, or delivery gaps in real-time
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights
What You Bring- 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Strong grasp of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and platform best practices
- Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts
- Great communication and analytical skills
Bonus Skills (Preferred)- Knowledge of PHP, HTML/CSS, and WordPress especially for landing page setup or tweaks
- Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Leadpages
- CRO and A/B testing experience
