Paid Ads Executive - Meta

About You

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing large budgets in a performance marketing environment with proven success
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and adapt to changing campaign objectives
• In-depth understanding of Facebook Ads Manager, including experience with audience targeting, Ad creation, and campaign optimisation
• Knowledge of e-commerce conversion optimisation best practices, including landing page design, A/B testing, and funnel optimisation
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make strategic decisions and optimise campaign performance
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in Facebook and e-commerce conversion optimisation
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paid Ad Specialist or similar

A thorough working knowledge of demand-side platforms.

Hands-on experience with data and web metrics analytics like Google Analytics and other web measuring tools

Collaborative mindset and a team player.
