This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paid Ad Specialist located in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Responsibilities include planning, launching, and optimizing online ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. The role also involves conducting keyword research, analyzing campaign performance, generating reports, and ensuring advertising strategies align with client goals. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance campaign efficiency and achieve performance targets is essential.

• Expertise in Paid Advertising, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Proficiency in Keyword Research and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising
• Strong Data Analysis and Reporting skills for monitoring ad performance
• Understanding of Budget Allocation and Campaign Optimization
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and teamwork orientation
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends and platforms is a plus
• Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
