Job Title: Paid Ads Specialist (Facebook & Meta Ads)

Ezio is looking for a results-driven paid ads specialist to manage and optimize our paid campaigns, especially on Facebook and Meta platforms, to drive conversions and maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns acrossFacebook, Meta Ads Manager, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Develop ad strategies targeting specific audiences based on interests, behaviors, and demographics.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversion rates, and implement improvements.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad visuals and copy that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices inFacebook/Meta advertising.
- Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while achieving business goals.
- Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights to management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience managingFacebook and Meta Ads campaignswith measurable results.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel, and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of other paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
