Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paediatric Physiotherapist, located in Agra. The Paediatric Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing and managing the physical development of children with developmental delays or disabilities. Responsibilities include creating personalized therapy plans, conducting physical therapy sessions, monitoring progress, and collaborating with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes for children. Documentation and adherence to clinical protocols are also key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and skills in Paediatric Physiotherapy, including experience with physical assessments and therapy planning for children
• Proficiency in developing personalized treatment strategies and implementing goal-focused interventions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, caregivers, and other stakeholders
• Competence in maintaining clinical documentation and following clinical best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach to working with children and families
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy with specialization in Paediatrics, alongside necessary licenses or certifications
• Prior experience in working with children with developmental delays or disabilities is advantageous
