Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Paediatric/Paediatric Intensive Care Professional at Apollomedics Super Speciality Hospital, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The professional will be responsible for providing holistic and specialized care to paediatric patients, including monitoring and treating critically ill children in the intensive care unit (ICU). Additional responsibilities include collaborating with medical teams, conducting diagnostic evaluations, implementing treatment plans, and supporting patient families throughout their care journey. The role also involves adhering to the highest medical standards and contributing to the hospital's commitment to patient-centered healthcare services.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Paediatrics and Paediatric Intensive Care, with a strong understanding of critical care protocols and treatment standards
  • Strong diagnostic, medical management, and patient care skills
  • Experience in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and their families
  • A recognized medical degree (MBBS) with a specialization in Paediatrics, along with relevant training in Paediatric Intensive Care
  • Valid medical practice licensing and certifications as required by regulatory authorities
  • Commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of advancements in paediatric and intensive care treatments
  • Prior experience in a super speciality hospital or similar setting is preferred
