Job Description

  • Manage both out-patient and in-patient care in the Paediatric Oncology and Hematology departments.
  • Assess children's health and nutritional needs following the Cuddles Foundation guidelines, including anthropometric measurements such as height, weight, and BMI.
  • Develop individualized diet plans for each child based on their medical condition, growth, and development needs, involving both the child and family.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of counselling sessions for impact mapping, monitoring, evaluation, and case study development.
  • Conduct weekly group counselling sessions and parent support meetings to promote good food habits and emotional support.
  • Distribute nutritional aid at hospitals (ration kits, eggs, bananas, milk, etc.) initiated by the organization.
  • Participate actively in training programs and meetings organized by Cuddles Foundation and demonstrate openness to ongoing learning and evaluations.
  • Stay updated with current research and advancements in nutritional science.
  • Collaborate with hospital doctors and nurses while reporting progress regularly to the team lead.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, quality care, and compliance with medical and organizational standards.
