Job Description

We are looking for a Packing Operator to execute packing activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards. The candidate will be responsible for operating packing machines, maintaining documentation, conducting in-process checks, and ensuring smooth production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packing machines as per SOP and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
• Perform line clearance, equipment cleaning, and changeover activities.
• Conduct AQL checks, in-process checks, and documentation activities.
• Operate cartonator machines, check weighers, serialization systems, and deblistering machines.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and data integrity standards (ALCOA+++).
• Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for packing materials.
• Troubleshoot machine-related issues and report abnormalities to supervisors.
• Maintain logbooks, cleaning records, and production documentation.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of packing operations and machine handling
• GMP & GDP documentation practices
• Equipment operation and troubleshooting
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage

Qualifications

• ITI / Diploma / Graduation
• 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing operations preferred
