Weigh hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals accurately using precision equipment into specific containers
Verify hood and safety equipment function, obtain weigh up, verify electronic balance is calibrated and maintain the necessary records
Verify match of weigh up and bulk container lot numbers
Obtain correct type and quantity of containers for weigh up
Weigh chemicals into containers according to packaging instructions and obtain weight checks
Job Requirements Aware of the hazards of the chemicals and PPE requirements and safe handling and disposing methods
