Packing and Dispatch Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site role for a Packing and Dispatch Supervisor with our Mumbai operations. The supervisor will oversee daily packing and dispatch activities, ensure accurate inventory management, coordinate logistics for timely deliveries, and manage warehouse operations. Responsibilities will also include supervising the team to ensure efficiency, maintaining records, and implementing safety and quality standards for efficient operations.

• Proven experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, and Dispatch Operations
• Ability to lead, supervise, and train operational teams effectively
• Proficiency in Logistics Coordination and understanding of supply chain management
• Strong attention to detail for Packing and Quality Control processes
• Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance protocols in warehouse and dispatch operations
• A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related fields is an advantage
• Previous experience in the construction or manufacturing industry is preferred
