We are seeking a Packing and Dispatch Incharge to manage our packing and shipping operations. This role is ideal for freshers/entry-level candidates looking to start a career in logistics and supply chain management. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all outgoing shipments are packed accurately and dispatched on time, while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the packing and dispatching process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and packaging supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control measures during packing operations.
- Prepare shipping documentation and labels for outgoing shipments.
- Monitor and report on packing and dispatch efficiency, suggesting improvements as necessary.
- Train and supervise packing staff to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding shipping and delivery timelines.
