- Expertise in Customer Support, Product support and Protocols of Packet Core components for 4G & 5G which should primarily include :
- vEPC(vSAEGW , vMME )
- 5GC (AMF , UPF , SMF ,)
- PCRF , DNS , CGNAT
Job Description-
- Should have end to end understanding of the Packet Core Solutions.
- Should have deep knowledge of 4G and overall understanding of latest technologies in the Telecom space including VOLTE, VoWiFi etc.
- Good knowledge of Mobility call flows including but not limited to GGSN, SGSN, MME, SGW, PGW and respective integration touchpoints within a network ecosystem.
- Good understanding of the 3GPP standards.
- Sound understanding/Expertise of onboarding, integration of the v-EPC on the Cloud environment.
- Should have understanding of the Cloud environment and understanding of how EPC solutions can be deployed over cloud.
- Should have knowledge/Expertise/sound understanding of RHOSP/Docker/Containers /Kubernetes over Dell/HP.
- Sound understanding of troubleshooting tools like Wireshark.
- Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills and ability to work in multiple technical areas.
