Job Description:

• Upgrade Execution: Perform end-to-end upgrades of UDM components including CCRC, CCSM, CCES, and CCDM, ensuring proper validation, configuration migration, and service cutover.
• Deployment Planning: Execute upgrades using redeployment or ISSU approaches depending on product compatibility and customer environment.
• Compatibility & Rollback: Coordinate version compatibility checks, prepare rollback plans, and conduct delta validation before and after upgrades.
• Solution Integration: Integrate UDM components with surrounding network nodes such as HLR, HSS, UDR, UDSF, AUSF, and PCRF.
• Interworking Validation: Ensure seamless interworking with Diameter, LDAP, and HTTP/REST interfaces.
• Testing & Validation: Execute functional and performance test cases post-upgrade using Ericsson validation tools, including EVFNM, CCD CLI, and REST APIs.
• Customer Engagement: Handle customer-facing upgrades with zero or minimal downtime, providing technical guidance and support throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Cluster-Based Deployment: Manage deployments in cluster-based environments ensuring high availability and minimal service disruption.
