New Product Development (NPD) Executive

Department: New Product Development

Reporting To: NPD Manager

Location: Bangalore

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product development from concept to launch.

• Coordinate with R&D, production, procurement, packaging, and marketing teams.

• Conduct market and competitor analysis for new product ideas.

• Manage product trials, documentation, and project timelines.

• Assist in costing, vendor coordination, and commercialization.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field.

1–5 years of experience in FMCG, Food, Home Care, or Personal Care industry preferred.

Skills Required

• Strong coordination and communication skills

• Knowledge of NPD processes and market trends

• Basic understanding of costing and packaging

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
