Role Overview :-
We are looking for a hands-on Packaging Supervisor who can manage daily packaging operations and step in during high-pressure situations. The role involves planning, coordination, and ensuring smooth functioning of the packaging unit
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day packaging operations and step in during peak workload or staff shortages
- Plan and manage ordering of packaging materials (PM)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution
- Plan daily workforce allocation and manage staffing requirements
- Ensure proper setup and maintenance of packaging machines
- Monitor efficiency and ensure smooth workflow in the packaging section
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in packaging or production
- Basic understanding of packaging processes and materials
- Ability to manage teams and handle operational pressure
- Good coordination and planning skills
- Hands-on and proactive approach
