Packaging Supervisor

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Packaging Supervisor. The Packaging Supervisor will oversee daily packaging operations, monitor staff performance, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating packaging schedules, maintaining inventory of packaging materials, implementing quality control checks, and supervising team training for process efficiency and adherence to protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration and clear instructions
• Experience in Training team members to enhance packaging operations and maintain best practices
• Familiarity with packaging standards and procedures in a manufacturing or laboratory setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges
