Job Description

Country Delight is one of India's fastest-growing D2C dairy and food brands — delivering farm-fresh milk, dairy, and food products to 500,000+ households across urban India.

Packaging at Country Delight is not a support function. It is central to product quality, brand perception, and the promise we make to every customer. We are building a team that treats it that way.

We Are Hiring Across Two Tracks :

Track 1 — Packaging Development Technical packaging role. If you come from a packaging technology background and have worked on material specifications, supplier management, and testing - this is for you.

Track 2 — Packaging Design & Print Creative packaging role. If you design premium packaging, prepare print-ready artworks, and have deep knowledge of print production — this is for you.

Your application will be evaluated and aligned to the right track based on your experience and strengths.

→ Conduct packaging testing, validation, and shelf-life studies

→ Coordinate artwork approvals across cross-functional teams

Senior Packaging Design & Print / Track 2 :

→ Design premium packaging concepts for dairy, food, and consumer products

→ Develop print-ready artworks — dye lines, CMYK profiles, bleed, embossing, foil, UV finishes

→ Coordinate with printers and vendors for quality production output

→ Lead and mentor junior designers

→ Manage multiple packaging and print projects simultaneously

→ Ensure brand consistency across all packaging and marketing materials

For Development Track:

→ B.Tech / M.Tech in Packaging Technology — premier institute preferred

→ You work well across teams and external partners

→ You bring ideas — not just execution
