We're hiring a Senior Manager - Packaging for one of our esteemed FMCG clients in India.

Job Title:Senior Manager - Packaging

Location: Factory - Dhulagarh, Howrah, HO - Kolkata (Should be flexible to operate from both corporate office and factory)

Salary: 15 - 20 Lacs

Experience: Minimum 10+ years

Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate with specialization in Packaging

Job Role:

Lead New Packaging Development and Quality Control

Standardized repository of artworks

Designs of laminates of all major products andlegal compliance

Standardization of brand logo across all major products and vendors

Standardization of designs

Handling all sorts of packaging materials like printed packaging, rigid, flexible packaging etc. development

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers

Manage all audits as applicable

Supervise packaging operations for finished products and goods at processing facilities

Engage with cross functional team during NPD to proactively identify risks/challenges/ actions to ensure regulatory and quality system requirements
