Packaging Manager

The Packaging Manager will oversee the packaging operations to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in the production process. Responsibilities include designing and optimizing packaging solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, managing inventory, and supervising a team to meet production goals. The manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams for product development and innovation. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram.

• Experience in packaging design, materials selection, and production optimization
• Knowledge of quality assurance, compliance, and safety standards related to packaging
• Skills in vendor management, procurement, and inventory control
• Proficiency in project management and leadership, including team coordination and deadline management
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
• Understanding of sustainability practices in packaging is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Prior experience in the FMCG or eCommerce industry is advantageous
