Apple Edibles and Logistics Pvt Ltd. is in the process of food processing & manufacturing. It has setup its new factory at Khopoli near Mumbai. Apple Edibles and Logistics Pvt Ltd. is the owner of Euforia (www.euforiapasta.com) and Firo (www.firofoods.com) brands.

We are looking for a Packaging Machine Operator to join our factory team! The role involves ensuring efficient packing, maintaining product quality, minimizing downtime, and adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor packaging machines (e.g., form-fill-seal, pouch packing, flow wrap, etc.).
• Set up machines for different SKUs, pack sizes, and formats.
• Ensure correct packaging material usage (films, laminates, cartons, labels).
• Perform routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Maintain production targets while ensuring minimal wastage.
• Ensure proper sealing, coding, and batch accuracy as per compliance norms.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene as per FSSAI and company standards.
• Record daily production data, machine logs, and downtime reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for issues and inspections.
• Follow safety protocols and SOPs at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in FMCG or food packaging operations.
• Hands-on experience with automated or semi-automatic packaging machines.
• Basic understanding of preventive maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with food safety standards (FSSAI, HACCP, GMP).
• Ability to work in shifts and high-speed production environments.
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
