Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce catalogs, brochures, social media graphics, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements, ensure brand consistency, and achieve business goals.
- Create layouts, select fonts and colors, and produce final print and digital-ready files.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends and continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.
- Prepare and maintain a visual brand guide, ensuring all materials align with our branding.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing catalog designs and other visual materials.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including:
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
- CorelDRAW for vector and layout design
- Other Relevant Tools: Sketch, Figma, or Canva for web and social media graphics
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently and within a team, receiving and implementing constructive feedback
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing trends.
