Packaging Executive

Packaging Procurement: Manage the sourcing and procurement of primary packaging materials (e.g., bottles, jars, tubes, pumps) and secondary packaging materials (e.g., cartons, labels, sleeves).

Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop packaging suppliers to ensure high quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.

Negotiation & Cost Control: Implement procurement strategies to optimize cost, lead time, and vendor performance.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with R&D, Product Development, and Quality teams to align packaging procurement with technical and design specifications.

Innovation & Sustainability: Work with suppliers to introduce innovative and eco-friendly packaging solutions.

Process Management: Maintain procurement trackers, cost sheets, and supplier databases; ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Performance Monitoring: Track key procurement KPIs, such as cost variance, lead time, and vendor performance.
