Job Title: Packaging Executive

Location: Bhiwandi -Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Executive to manage and execute end-to-end packaging activities for our premium tea and coffee products and accessories. The role demands a strong understanding of packaging materials, vendor coordination, quality standards, and aesthetics aligned with a luxury brand.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage end-to-end packaging development and execution for tea, coffee, and related accessories.

· Coordinate with packaging vendors, printers, and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery.

· Ensure packaging meets luxury quality standards, brand guidelines, and regulatory requirements.

· Conduct packaging trials, approvals, and quality checks before production runs.

· Optimize packaging costs without compromising on quality or premium look & feel.

· Maintain packaging specifications, BOMs, and documentation.

· Work closely with Marketing, Design, Production, and Supply Chain teams for new launches and improvements.

· Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials and plan replenishment accordingly.

· Address packaging-related issues and implement corrective actions.

Desired Skills & Competencies

· Strong understanding of packaging materials (paperboard, tins, glass, laminates, corrugation, etc.).

· Eye for detail and aesthetics suitable for luxury / premium FMCG brands.

· Vendor management and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of packaging compliance, labeling norms, and food safety standards.

· Good coordination and execution skills with multiple stakeholders.

· Proficient in MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor's degree in Packaging Technology, Printing Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in packaging roles within FMCG, luxury, food & beverage, or allied industries.

· Experience in tea, coffee, gourmet foods, or premium consumer goods will be an added advantage.
